1. Return Conditions

• Return Period: Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund, in accordance with European consumer rights laws.
• Return Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Refunds

• Full Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

4. Return Process

• Return Request: Submit a return request by emailing us at info@cellablue.be with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exceptions

• Sale and Customized Items: Items purchased on sale or customized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, changes are no longer possible. Please email us at sales@cellablue.be, and we will do our best to assist you.
