CELLA BLUE offers worldwide express delivery,.

We currently do not deliver to certain countries, including Afghanistan, Russia, and others. Please contact us for the full list.

  • EU Orders: Shipped with DPD or Bpost.
  • Non-EU Orders: Shipped with Fed Ex.

 

Orders Shipping Within the EU

When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 1-4 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information (please allow up to 24 hours for updates).
Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or during Belgian holidays.

When will my order arrive?
European deliveries typically take 1-7 business days after receiving the shipment email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to payment authorizations, stock availability, or carrier delays.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders above €500: Free express delivery.
  • Orders below €500: €17.5 express delivery in the EU (€7.5 for Belgium).
    No additional taxes or customs duties apply to EU shipments.

 

Orders Shipping Outside the EU

When will my order arrive?
Deliveries outside the EU usually take 4 -14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, payment authorization, or stock availability.

What are the intercontinental shipping charges?

  • Orders above €500: Free express delivery.
  • Orders below €500: €40 express delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders shipped to non-EU countries are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • CELLA BLUE cannot calculate these fees in advance. Refusal to pay duties will result in no reimbursement for the order.
  • If CELLA BLUE is invoiced for additional duties after delivery, these charges will be passed on to the customer via an invoice.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, changes are no longer possible. Please email us at sales@cellablue.be, and we will do our best to assist you.
