These are design stories

Complete with soundtracks and details of places near and far. Stories of women on the go, moving effortlessly from point A to point B. Not with superfluous belongings, but packed light and tight. Women who have the world at their feet, and feel that in what they wear.

Cella Blue tells those stories. And celebrates women. Of all ages. Because while our signature kaftans are one size fits all, the designs rarely are. Every print and every design is different, completely unique, just like the person who wears them day in and day out.

Thinking in shapes

Elke De Neef, the founder and designer behind Cella Blue, is an architect. She thinks in lines, volumes, and proportions. In how you move through a space, a city, a day. She translates that same perspective into fashion. She meticulously considers how fabrics drape. How a hem catches light. Where a pleat finds rest.

Her love for fashion lies in the process. In fitting, adjusting, and sensing. In the silent dialogue between body and clothing, between clothing and environment. A caftan in a crowded hotel lobby. A skirt in a tropical resort. A scarf on a stage. Clothing tells so much.
